Chad A. Foisset was admitted to the practice of law in 2002, and joined Price Law Firm in 2004. His experience prior to joining the Firm includes five years of service as a tax consultant in Big Four public accounting firms, where he served privately held companies and high net-worth individuals in a variety of Federal and State tax matters. In his role as an associate attorney at Price Law Firm, Chad's experience in complex tax matters finds application to many of the cases that we handle, in particular those relating to family wealth planning, business planning and litigation, and liquor law. Chad enjoys the challenge and opportunity to help individuals and small businesses plan for and resolve a wide variety of legal problems.
Chad earned his Bachelor's degree from Miami University (B.A., 1996), and law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law (J.D., 1999). He is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio; in the United States District Court, Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio; in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Ohio; and in the United States Tax Court. Chad is affiliated with the Ohio State Bar Association and Columbus Bar Association, where he is a member of the Elder Law, Bankruptcy, and Estate & Gift Tax committees.
Chad attributes his desire to practice in a small-firm setting to his roots as a native of Granville, Ohio, and an Eagle Scout. Chad and his wife, Heather, are involved in a number of service organizations, and are members of King Avenue United Methodist Church. Chad and Heather were married in 2006, and reside in Columbus.
