Chad A. Foisset was admitted to the practice of law in 2002, and joined Price Law Firm in 2004. His experience prior to joining the Firm includes five years of service as a tax consultant in Big Four public accounting firms, where he served privately held companies and high net-worth individuals in a variety of Federal and State tax matters. In his role as an associate attorney at Price Law Firm, Chad assists individuals and businesses in a variety of legal areas, including Estate and Business Planning, Bankruptcy, Family Law, and Probate. Chad summarizes his practice as being devoted to helping families avoid and resolve the many problems that they may encounter while walking Life's path.
Originally from Granville, Ohio, Chad earned his Bachelor's degree from Miami University (B.A., 1996), and law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law (J.D., 1999). He is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, and in the United States Tax Court. Chad is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association, where he is actively involved in the Bankruptcy, Family Law, and Estate & Gift Tax committees. Chad is a current member of the Judicial Liaison Committee to the United States Bankruptcy Court in Columbus.
